Dahlonega Investments had plans to build a new student housing apartment community located in Dahlonga, GA.  They saw the need of student housing so Todd McCoy of Dahlonega Investments reached out to HDA Architects to help construct a total of three 12-unit buildings.  All units will be 4 bedroom/4 bath layouts and would suit the needs of the students

The primary unit design will be a single story, four bedroom unit. Each bedroom would have its own private bathroom with one of those also serving the living room.  Each unit is expected to be approximately 2,000 sf.  

HDA Architects worked hand in hand to assure all codes were met and that the function of each apartment would suit the needs for the students. There were 3 phases to the construction which brought 36 new apartments to the community.
