In February 2019, the leadership at Pamlico Animal Hospital recognized that their existing facility was no longer sufficient to meet the growing demand for their services. A more organized layout and additional space were essential to continuing their mission of providing top-quality care. 

To address these challenges, they reached out to HDA Architects to develop a plan that would not only accommodate their current needs but also position them for future growth. The solution was a renovation of their existing building, transforming it into a modern, 6,000 square foot Boarding and Animal Day Care facility. This newly designed space is tailored to offer a comfortable, secure environment for pets while streamlining operations. 

The renovation creates dedicated areas for boarding and day care, featuring spacious kennels, play zones, and specialized care areas to support animal well-being. Enhanced administrative spaces and optimized workflow designs allow staff to deliver high-quality service with greater efficiency.
