Architect's fees are value for money.  The quality of design establishes the value of the entire project and architectural fees are only a small part of the overall budget.  By developing a design that matches your needs and by monitoring the quality and care throughout the process, HDA's services will enhance the value of your project.  Our fees are based on a percentage of the contruction cost and vary from 8% to 12%.  Typically a retainer is required upon the signing of the agreement.
